 Regeneration Health – Terms of Service, Medical Disclaimer & Hold Harmless Agreement

This Agreement governs all use of Regeneration Health’s services, products, websites, practitioner programs, and affiliate partnerships. By purchasing, enrolling, or participating, you agree to the following terms:

1. Scope of Services

Regeneration Health provides:

Functional endocrinology laboratory testing (28-Day, 24-Hour, Amino Acid Profiles).

Custom nutraceuticals, cosmeceuticals, and wellness products.

Telehealth consultations for education and wellness guidance.

Practitioner certification, training programs, and affiliate opportunities.

Educational resources, webinars, and online courses.

These are offered for wellness, lifestyle, and educational purposes only.

2. Medical Disclaimer

Regeneration Health does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Services and products are not substitutes for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a licensed physician.

Laboratory tests are for functional wellness assessment only, not medical diagnosis.

Custom products are not FDA-approved drugs and should not replace prescribed medications.

3. Practitioner & Affiliate Responsibilities

Certification, training, and affiliate programs do not grant medical licensure.

Practitioners and affiliates are solely responsible for operating within their legal scope of practice.

Affiliates and practitioners must not make unapproved health claims about Regeneration products or services.

4. Client Acknowledgment

Individual results may vary; no guarantees of outcome are made.

Clients agree to consult with their primary healthcare provider before beginning any Regeneration program.

By purchasing or using services/products, clients consent to these terms.

5. Returns & Refunds

Custom products and test kits are non-refundable once shipped, except in cases of damage or defect.

Educational courses, certifications, and services are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

Regeneration Health, its founders, practitioners, affiliates, and partners are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of services or products.

7. Hold Harmless Agreement

By engaging with Regeneration Health, all clients, practitioners, affiliates, and partners agree to hold harmless Regeneration Health, its owners, affiliates, and practitioners from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising from participation in programs, use of products, or reliance on information provided.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials, logos, training content, and educational frameworks are the property of Regeneration Health.

No duplication, resale, or unauthorized distribution is permitted without written consent.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of [Insert State/Country].

10. Consent & Signature

By signing below, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Terms of Service, Medical Disclaimer, and Hold Harmless Agreement.
